We had storm damage at our house in March. Our insurance company was quick to be on the scene and made it seem like they were willing to take care of us. When we received our estimate and first check we quickly realized that wasn’t the case as a lot was left off. I can’t recommend working with Catastrophe Loss Consultants enough. Ryan was recommended by a local roofer after our house was sold and under contract and I was getting completely opposite opinions from roofers and my insurance company. On top of a move across states and expecting twins we were stressed. It was hard to trust anyone too with all the opinions we were getting, but Ryan came in calm and confident. He explained the process fully to me which eased my wife and I’s concerns. He was available for calls and texts when I needed him and walked along side us the whole way. Our home suffered hail damage that went undetected for many months. When a leak was finally discovered, we filed a claim with our insurance carrier and was denied not once but twice.
