Residential Appraisal Fee
Complete appraisal, including inspection, documentation, and report.
Property Scope & Xactimate Estimate
Detailed scope of the property and delivery of a customized estimate.
Complex Claims / Losses Over $100K
May also apply to smaller claims requiring a detailed estimate or umpire inspection.
Supplementing
Minimum, or 10% of the additional amount approved by the insurance company.
Loss Consulting / Commercial Claims
General adjuster fee per hour plus expenses. Associate labor billed at $175/hr.
Additional Services
- Eagle View roof reports — $75–$100 by complexity
- Eagle View wall reports — $150–$175 by complexity
- Itel reports — $250 (flooring or roof samples)
- Commercial reports — claim by claim; can exceed $3K for a full site map
- In-person training — $175 per hour
- Rush order claims — additional $250 to expedite handling
Travel fees and expenses are billed case by case if claims exceed 100 miles outside of the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. We do not perform asbestos testing.
