As an insurance umpire, I serve as a neutral professional to help resolve disputes when you and your insurance company can’t agree on the value of a property damage claim. Many policies include an appraisal clause, which allows us to settle these disagreements quickly and fairly—without the stress and cost of going to court. In this process, each side hires an appraiser, and if they can’t reach an agreement, I step in to review the evidence, consider both perspectives, and make a final binding decision on the true value of the loss.
My role is to remain completely impartial while bringing deep expertise in construction, property valuation, and insurance claims. I have no financial interest in the outcome, which means you can trust that my decision is based only on the facts.
