Our home suffered hail damage that went undetected for many months. When a leak was finally discovered, we filed a claim with our insurance carrier and was denied not once but twice. I was referred to Ryan Clifford from a neighbor who experienced a similar situation. Ryan fought for him and got his claim approved, and he did the same for us. He thoroughly inspected not only our roof but our gutters and even fencing, in order to tell a complete story of the hail damage that impacted our home. With his help, we went to Appraisal and our insurance company agreed that the hail damage was significant enough to warrant a roof replacement and interior repairs. We had storm damage at our house in March. Our insurance company was quick to be on the scene and made it seem like they were willing to take care of us. When we received our estimate and first check we quickly realized that wasn’t the case as a lot was left off. After hiring Ryan with CLC, he quickly went to work and took over all communications with our insurance company. He met a different adjuster at our home and was very thorough pointing out all damage and everything that was missed. He was quick with follows ups and stayed on them until we were taken care of. In the end, we received more than twice the original amount. Although we don’t ever want damage from a storm, if it ever happens again, we will be hiring Ryan.

I can’t recommend working with Catastrophe Loss Consultants enough. Ryan was recommended by a local roofer after our house was sold and under contract and I was getting completely opposite opinions from roofers and my insurance company. On top of a move across states and expecting twins we were stressed. It was hard to trust anyone too with all the opinions we were getting, but Ryan came in calm and confident.
